i have a huge fps problem with vegas

hello im doing a project and i shot with the 7d 60 fps
the playback for it i sped up in vegas time stretch to 75 % so the singer will play faster
and now im slowing down the video to .750 in properties and i get this wierd ghosting effect when i render i tried with after effects and its a lot clearer

what do you guys think is the problem?

i tried that and it did help but there is still frames which have ghosting effect and in after effects i just click on frame blending and i have a smooth slow motion that i dont have in vegas

any thoughts?
 
AFAIK Ghost images are caused either by deinterlacing or by resampling. Somewhere in that chain that is happening. I can think of nothing else.
 
...which you can do quickly by selecting one shot where you have disabled resampling, copy it (to the clipboard) then select all your other clips and past just that attribute.
