I have a "how to" question about magic bullet

how do i get that dreamy glow type of look by using magic bullet or is there another way of achieving that look without using MB?

Well, you can duplicate the video layer, put gaussian blur on the one on top, and play with the opacity and brightness. That's what I do in PSP8 because the "soft focus" thing sucks, but it's possible with video too. It will require some horsepower, though.
