I have a film I would like to release for free.

[OddBirdman]

I have been working on a film for about 2 years of my life about the socio-political reasons for the culture of accepted homelessness and mass gun shootings by untreated schizophrenics. I am about 5 days away from rendering the film. I have decided to release it for free. Does anyone know of a place other than YouTube and Vimeo that I can host my film so people can view it for free?

You could host it yourself. You could buy a domain and hosting for the film and then use an open source player like video-JS to present it on your own fully controlled, fully customisable page. I've done that with a few productions I wanted to keep good control over.
