If you're one of the million "after thanks giving, annoy the f'ing hell out of me, buying the cheapest 79.99 dollar digital camera, asking me how good it is, and then you keep asking if I can throw in a free this or does it come with a free that..." customers...I hate you...

I'm working 16 hours today...sorry...I had to vent...

I stopped shopping on the day after Thanksgiving years ago when I got trapped in the parking garage of a large indoor mall for over 3 hours...and I didn't even shop.
I used to be in retail long, long ago, in a galaxy fa- oops, sorry and I can feel your pain!

I used to love the holidays, but I spent the last 10 working for UPS, The Post Office, in retail, and now for United arilines. ****, I guess I still do love them depite all that. :-/

I feel your pain. It is quite sad :-[to watch 50 people stand in line for two hours to buy a $179.00 VHS-c Camcorder (at least it was a Panasonic this year, last year it was a Quasar made by Panasonic). Then get there little bag and $29.97 tripod. Then each of them you have to explain ...."You need to buy the adapter to play it in you VCR or hook your camera up to the TV and watch your Video.....no mam, the tapes are only 30 minutes for the best quality, or you put in LP for 90 minutes."

Everyone at Wal-Mart points to me and says ask that guy he knows all about that stuff. I am busy printing printing pictures >:( go across the street to best buy >:( !

All the upper class lower class white trash were standing in line to put there High Quality 27" Symphonic Flat Screen TV for $179.00 and there State of the Art Symphonic Progressive Scan DVD player for $27.84 on layaway!

The same thing every year, the same people buying last years model on special. Yippee..... :-/

And they'll all not buy a 20 dollar 3 year warrenty...and demand we return it when it stops working in 7 years..."um yeah I don't know what kind of store you run here, but I dropped this out the fourth story window of my apartment, and it's stopped working...I thought you stood behind your products..."

The first year I worked at Wal-Mart someone bought a stereo and returned it. The service desk didn't bother to open up the box, we did when they sent it back to our department......they put bricks and trash in it, and got $400.00 back :o

I have very little respect for most people who shot at Walmart... I feel sorry for you guys who have to work there :-/

..ha, i was playing around with my profile.
at long last it was time to lay down the atari symbol and silly bad english name in exchange for something a bit more professional. this site is swamped with people now, and without everyone knowing me personally as well as yourself or others might to look beyond the silly name and avatar, i want to be sure to represent myself and the professional community here as best as i can... so it was time to say goodby. I have to thank KAI again for making and letting me use the custom atari logo. and put a blurb in here that hes a great graphic designer, and motion graphic producer if your looking for one. rock on KAI!

..and all that once was is now gone and whats left in the dawn.. is a small ..and fading IAL

I worked for a small drug store in the early eighties and they ran in-house credit for people, where we had to itemize every product in a thick ledger under their names and not ring it up on the register.  
A regular customer came in, picked up her Rx's and two more overflowing baskets of stuff.  She watched me as I rang up each individual item on the cash register, then when I asked for the payment she said, "Oh, I want that on my credit."  
That's the closest I ever came to strangling a customer.

I worked retail for two years... I will never subject myself to that again. I will also never be an annoying customer, especially around this time of the year.
