Your browser maybe be saying 'Oh, I already have this in my cache', so is playing the incomplete version. (The "Check for new versions" option in the setup only applies to the webpage, not embedded content and such.)

Try clearing your cache.

(The same can/will happen if your entry into the Internet is through a caching proxy server...which many ISPs use.)
 
I got about half-way before the video stopped loading, then about 15 seconds later it started back up. Your web server might be under load, or there could be a network issue somewhere out there in the interconnected world. I ended up getting it all, but it took a bit of patience.

For what it's worth, I'm on a Mac Pro running Firefox 3.x. Nice imagery in the reel, btw!
