I had a bad dream last night :(

I was in circuit city lookin around and just out of curiosity asked a salesman who walked up to me about the HVX to see how much he knew, and then he took me over to this special home theatre section and unveiled an HVX camera that was locked down and handed it to me. Naturally I started playing with it, checking for different settings and different resolutions.

And apon readin the viewfinder there was a graffic of a rabbit and another graphic of a turtle - each graphic delineating what the camera was doing in function (variable speed rates, etc). And other people were walking up to me watching what I was doing, and I kept referencing their pseudo HD set to see what the HVX was doing.

Then I checked to see if there was a P2 card in there and immediately wanted to record. But I couldn't because there was a recording error message in the camera. Then another salesman came up to me and asked how it was going and I complained the P2 card wasn't functioning and he said the P2 card was unwritable because it contained demo footage created by Panasonic. I blushed purple because I had just finished formatting the P2 card.

Suddenly I'm outside with the camera doing all sorts of variable frame rate tests and different progressive settings. Realizing that I'd had the camera for an hour, and never really determined to buy the thing, I walked back into the store, walked up the stairs and TRIPPED!

The viewfinder snapped off and I'm on the floor collecting screws and nuts and bolts and washers. And the crew of store technicians walked up to me being politically polite about what happened. I blamed the weak form factor of the Panasonic.

My first words out of my mouth were "I'm not paying for this piece of junk!" And they bantered about how this was going to be reapaired. And then I said "screw this, I'm outta here" and I woke up.

:(

What does this all mean? :(
