I got noise in my title sequence letters.

When the title fades, a lot of noise pours onto the letters, and it's very noticeable. This is odd, since the letters and graphics are animated and came with Premiere Pro, and were not shot under 6400 ISO or something just as noisy. Is there anything I can do to not have noise in the titles? Thanks.
 
Any chance of letting us see the problem - not something I've ever come across apart from when processing on the graphics occasionally gets them into a low res image, that can't stand further treatment - but they tend to look bad at full intensity too?
