there was a way to move a video without frame snap. I have to cameras and I want to line up the audio. The audio is off like a half a frame. Do you know how to move a event without any constraints? thanks

Make sure you turn that back on immediately, or you're in for a world of hurt. Also make sure ripple edits are OFF when you do it, 'coz that'll hurt even more.

In the newer versions of Vegas (12, possibly 11), audio is by default not quantized to frames, so you can ungroup it and move it without turning off Q to F for the whole project. Remember the caveat about ripple edits, though.
