I got that, but I don't put too much faith into this sites description. I just returned a set of wheels that were supposed to be 72mm but were 100mm (it wasn't just shipping the wrong wheels, it was listed wrong).

It probably is urethane, but they look very plastic in the picture.

Your probably right...but the PRICES are so low! Sure, I'm probably getting what I pay for, but I can always upgrade the wheels if they are horrendous.
