Smack me in the ass with a paddle covered in honey and call me crazy... but how much diy is this as some really odd advertising for the matthews dolly? =)
There is an old saying...."you get what you pay" for and in the film and televison biz it is usually true. Admittedly companies sell things for what may seem as a 'stiff" price but most things are not "volume sales items" only a few are sold each year.people have been using these wagons for years to mimic the doorway how ever the tires are softer it doesn't turn as smooth, so while in reality there is very little difference , that small amount of extra smoothness may mean the world on some shots. its all about what you need and what you can pay!

On the other hand, this doorway dolly, quite similar to the $1769.95 B&H Model, is now on sale at the Harbor Freight Tool stores for $64.00

Guess they could add $1700 to the price if they called it a "dolly" instead of a "wagon"
P.S. WHAT, no second handle on this one (maybe that's the price difference).
Well, for $9.99, you can buy the second handle as well !
