I just upgraded to an HVX package, and I'm shaking. Fortunately I've got enough work in the next month to pay for it all. I had to tell someone...

Anybody need an extra DVX? (I'm gonna list it tomorrow)

Yeah, I'm about to blow 25k. spec-comm will be getting about 13.5k of it :)

It's scarrrry spending that much money :) And also very exciting that I will have most of all the equipment I want within a couple-few weeks. Of course, you were probably asking McNeese :)

2 hvx's. dolgin charger. tripods, computer, microphones, NLE, widescreen display. couple of 8 gig cards... pretty much everything.

It's kind of a surprise to me too. But I have a lot of money to make. The good news is I just have to make 480/mo. to pay for the equipment. I am basically starting all over from scratch, hence the big initial investment. Don't worry, I am sure you will make better 'immediate' use of your one :)

Here here!!!

I have a five-day shoot coming up in 2.5 weeks (that's paying for all of this stuff), so I gotta get this stuff quick and fine-tune my workflow...now I feel justified in actually reading through the HVX threads.
