Im shooting with the HVX today for the first time and i just want to know if there is something special i should know before doing my edit?? is it simple to bring the footage into final cut? Anything special about the settings in fcp?

Well, for one, you'd have to have your settings set to HD, DVCPRO HD, or whatever you're shooting on. It'd be under the "easy setup".
 
Theres alot of stuff you should know, more than anyone can cover in one post, if you can find someone with a copy of the HVX Book by Barry somewhere, id highly recommend having one on you during your shoot.
 
YOu are already done shooting with it? What did or are you shooting with it today anyways if i can ask?
