HVX200 - wear 'n tare

Has anyone had any problems with using the camera to download the p2 media? other than it being a slow process at times, will this wear out the camera (P2 slot, p2 capturing device, firewire port, etc.). i want to make sure this doesnt have the same effect that tape has on heads from a camera.

I really doubt it. Tape heads are a different story entirely. I could be wrong but that wouldn't make any sense...
