HVX200+Marshall V-R70P HDA Problems

Okay, I believe I posted my first post in the wrong area.

Trying to wear the noobishness off.

Anyone with an HVX200 and Marshall R70P HDA connected YPbPr have a streak running accross the top or bottom of their monitor?

Any help/explanations would be endlessly appreciated.
