HVX200 + Letus Extreme Light????

Before I look around, can anyone recommend a decent lighting system that I could mount on top of my HVX200 when using my Letus Extreme. I am using a 35mm 1.4 Lens, but I still am having trouble getting decent exposure in areas that I just simply cannot get a light in. I am looking for something portable and lightweight.

I think that Vidled is out of stock for the indefinite future. If you are looking at Litepanels, you may also want to look at Zylight which is in the same range and does color.

I really wish Vidled had stock. They seem like the best value for my needs. I am on the same hunt as you are at the moment. In the end, I want to get something that is dimmable, cool (LED) and can be powered by a lightweight battery (or camera battery like Vidled).

If you find something good, please post your findings back here.
 
Yeah, it's annoying for us too, not to have housings.

The company that makes our housings LOST our tools, and we now have to make two new tools from scratch....and they are really no speed-demons it seems.
I can't even get a good ETA from them....
I'd predict sometime in January...

It just really speaks to the great value that you offer. There is nothing else that has all of your features at such a good price point.
 
can't wait to get my vidleds....it seems it is taking them forever to get the new chain of products going...bummer....but I got some dedo lights for the shootings in the near future....until the vidled gets back on track

Why wouldn't you fire their Asses and get a new supplier!?!?!?!

LOL, good question!
Since it was their mistake for losing the tools, we've "worked out a deal" for the replacement tool.
Going to a new supplier would of meant paying full price for an unknown quality.
The "old" supplier had quality....but poor shelf management! :evil:
