HVX200 & FCP: Changing speeds

A while ago i found in a post or thread (can't find it again after numerous searches) a "table" that had the numbers to change speeds to "normal" or such if you shoot at a diferent framerate.
For example, if I shot at 720p/24pn @60fps, what numerical speed would I change it to in FCP to get it to look "normal" as in 24fps?
I remember seeing a table or such with a bunch of different variations.

Handy thing about shooting variable frame rates with a Panasonic camera is that with FCP you have the Frame Rate Convertor tool. Apply that to VFR footage and voila, striped down to 24fps and plays out as fast or slow motion. Gotta love it. Never used VFR w/ the HVX (as we have the Varicam for that), but I believe it can record the VFR as is, no need for adjustments (or is that just for playback)? That would be a better question for one of the HVX folk around, but either way, certainly don't be mucking around with just changing the speed of it, that's not the way to do it.

cheers.

I meant like you know how you can let's say have footage at 60fps, but i'd want to show that 60fps footage at first at 24fps then go into 60fps, then back to 24fps. So it looks like i'm actually just slowing down the middle of the clip. That's why I want to know the speed values (percentages).

Ah okay. I'd try using the time remap feature of FCP then. Or go out to something like Twixtor or Retimer (apparently better at speed changes than FCP). I believe Ken Stone's site still has a tutorial about the time remap feature for FCP. I'd be interested to see that chart as well though, just out of curiousity sake.

cheers.
