HVX, Vegas, and Raylight

Just bought the VX200a, already had Vegas Pro 8...curious as to everyone's experience with using Raylight...pro's, con's.

Better off to just buy a new editing software?

Thanks!

Raylight is worth it.

I would also suggest you follow Barry's instructions here on how to change the names of the MXF files before shooting.

I have a friend who I've shot a few things with, and once he's gotten into post with the footage, it gets frustrating because of the file naming structure.
