hvx power supply/charger replacement

[valladao65]

We had a set of batteries and 2 chargers stolen at a conference in Las Vegas.
We still have the power supply adapter, we are only missing the charger base itself.

I know B&H sells the whole set-up for $149 each:

Does anyone know if Panasonic will sell the base by itself, or;
Does anyone know of a third party manufacturer who makes something that would work as both a charger and a power supply with the correct voltage?
Are there other concerns I should be aware of when buying such a thing?

Thanks everyone,
Mike
