HVX+M2 3 ton grip is enough?

Hi Guys,
Would you feel confortable with a 3 ton grip using the HVX and M2 with fast nikon lenses for most situations to get a decent exposure at night?
What do you guys use for most situations?

It really depends on a lot of things. What's on the 3 ton truck? Is it a combo lighting/grip truck or just grip truck? What kind of power do you have access too? Is there a genny? What are you shooting? How wide of an area are you seeing? What's the aesthetic?

The point I'm making is that the equipment is largely based on the specific demands and conditions of your shoot. If you can share some more details it would help to make some suggestions.

Yes, You can shoot through the M2 using Wall power, if you want.
But the photo lenses do loose sharpness when wide open, so try to get some powerful sources and shoot at F4. Also, if you manage to close one stop on your HVX, the backfocus will be easier to nail, and won't give you unexpected surprises...
