HVX Component D-Terminal connection

My d-terminal/component cable is broken.

I want to buy just the D Terminal / AAUI connector and make my own cable. I have searched all over the net and these forums... nothing yet.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? I'm thinking a place like mouser.com would have it, but I don't know exactly what part I'm looking for.

I looked for a while to no avail. better just get a new cable. (even those are hard to find.)
