HVX 24fpN Native FCP Timeline questions

Hi
I just shot some pickup shots for a music video, I shot on a HVX200 in 720/24fpN Native mode. The quality was amazing and the shoot went fantastic.

The main performance of the music video was orginally shot on 16mm film at 24 fps and than transfered and mastered to video at 29.97. Because of my system and budget I was going to get that digi-master dubbed to mini-dv to import. Should I have that digi-master dubbed at 23.97? Or should it be a straight transfer and if I transfer at 23.97 will the audio track be pitched?

If I do a straight dub of the 29.97 footage - what is the correct timeline to edit in FCP with seeming as I have the Native footage at 720/24fpN 23.97.

I had never worked with the P2 card Native footage and mistakenly thought the footage was similar to dvx 24fp footage that you edit in FCP at 29.97.

I need to move on this fast. Any advice on what timeline to edit in and any warnings on things that may get comprimised in trying to edit both 29.97 sync SD footage and 23.97 native HD MOS footage in the same timeline? Any workflow ideas to get the footage together?? Or i'm i freaking out - will they both work ok together in a 720/24fp timeline once I import it???? Thanks!
