HVX 200 support upon launch?

(Sorry if this has been brought up a zillion times already...)

When the Panasonic HVX200 launches this December, do you think Adobe will have an update/upgrade ready for Premiere Pro? And if so, how much HD support do you suppose might be included? The HVX can record DVCPRO-HD to P2 cards in an MXF format. (Correct me if I'm wrong.) Could Adobe release an update that would allow all formats of HD?

I hate the idea of anyone having to switch NLEs for HD if Adobe doesn't pull through in time...

So. HVX200 (and HD) support. Thoughts?

At Siggraph 2005, the adobe rep told me that Premiere Pro 2.0 would support it but it is up in the air if this is a credible source. He also told me that they usually follow a 14 MO product cycle and we are approaching this.
