HVX-200 and Firestore (FS-100) frame rate issues with FCP

Hey everyone,
I have looked into previous posts stating that the Firestore will record at 60fps and using a converter will allow the frame rate to change from 60 to 24. I wasn't sure that the Firestore had an option to change the VFR to begin with. Original 24p files read as 23.98 vid rate and 5.9mb/sec data rate.

Here is the Technical details of the recent shoot

1) Footage recorded with HVX-200 into the Firestore at DVPROHD REC at P2 Format
2) Footage was set to 720/24p
3) Footage was transfered into FCP using easy setup DVPROHD 720/24p
4) As indicated in browser, files show 14.1mb/sec date rate at a 59.94 vid rate

The question is what kind of problems will erupt being that footage was shot at 24fps and the browser indicates 59.94fps. Is there a way to fix this issue either through FCP or would it be by transferring the footage all over with the VFR changed on the Firestore? Any information will be greatly appreciated.

Thank You,
George
