HVX 1080/24p drop frame issue

I shot some footage at 1080/24 on my HVX200a. In fcp I see a drop frame. every 4 frames I will get a duplicate frame. And the file says its shot in 29.97.

Any help?
 
Did you remove advance pulldown when you captured- sounds like not. Try selecting a clip and Tools>Remove Advance Pulldown.
