Huge Emergency, Help Appreciated!

MY girlfriend just completed her Documentary for her thesis on Express. When she tries to open the file she gets an general error code 27, and the program opens up with a blank FCP document. Of course, its due tommorow, ofcourse, it sover 30min long, and cannot be remade tonight, Any recovery suggestions??? this happen to anyone?

try posting at 2-pop.com
Options:
Run Fix Permissions
Throw out prefs for the app
Duplicate the project file in the finder and try to open that

From the desktop hit "CMD F"

Type in "Vault"

Open the folder, Voila there is backups

i am unfamiliar with MAc, since its my GF's computer, whats CMD F????

For CMD F go to finder, hit the apple key, and press F at the same, this will open the search tool. Type vault and you will find the autosave vault for FCE.
