Huge difference VLC player / Media player...

I just made some test shots today for a short movie I will be working on this month and while viewing the footage in different players, I noticed a huge difference in black levels and saturation.

A screenshot will explain everything:

Left Windows Media Player, right VLC player. Same clip, totally different looks. As I shot this on a GH3 with contrast -5 I suppose, and hope, that the VLC player image is more accurate.
Just checked it, in Premiere CS6 the image looks more similar to the one in VLC player.

How can I make them look similar to the 'real' image? Is Premiere even completely accurate?
