I have a Huge manual Nikon 400mm f/2.8 ED-IF, and was wondering how you guys set up for the really big and heavy lenses. Where can I buy the accessory support?

Thanks,

JM

Sounds like a set of rods an a lens support is in order.

RedRock Micro
Cavision
Zacuto

Should all have what you need. What camera are you attaching git to?

I'll be attaching it to a dvx100b

I already have the Letus Rod the first version. I checked the letus page but didn't find any specific accessory for lenses. There is a support for the Letus adapter itself. Do I just buy another letus adapter and use it to support the big lens? Or is there a specific accessory from a third party which is made to support lenses on a rod setup? This is the letus rod accessory page: http://www.letusdirect.com/cart/letus-support-rods.html

Thanks,

JM

I looked at the redrock page and found the redrock lens support which I'm assuming is compatible with the Letus rods, and that's probably the only thing I need. That sound about right? Thanks man
