There are many reports of people here dealing with Full Compass, and specifically Shawn Tallard. Search on those names for reports, but I think you'll find that most people seem very pleased with their dealings with Full Compass.

I can vouch for Full Compass as well. Shawn Tallard is definitely the man to talk to. I've bought from them a few times and nothing but great service and products.
 
Full Compass is a solid company. I have bought a lot of audio gear from them for installation projects over the years. Nice people to deal with.
 
I can also vouch for Full Compass and especially for Shawn Tallard! Shawn has beat any legit price that I have found from other distributors, and has always delivered in a timely manner.
 
I've been a happy customer of Full Compass for over 30 years now and if you've been buying any kind of audio gear over the years you would definitely know of them. Their move to being more serious about dealing video equipment is fairly recent and a huge new facility is speeding that transformation up. They have a former broadcast chief engineer, then Sony Broadcast sales rep helping run things and he knows his stuff. FC is a very well run company. Trust them.
