HTML help?

I need a little HTML help. I have checked out a ton of free examples of these polls beacuse my fiance wants something fun for our wedding site for people to be able to fill out. So essentially, I need two polls where people can enter in and vote. Personally I think it's stupid but, just like everything else on this wedding front, my opinion doesn't matter. Is anyone out there willing to provide the html for two polls? I keep pulling up these free examples, but none of them work.

Simple HTML wont really do what you want it to do, because it cant be modified like the user, the easiest way to do something like that would be with a free online poll service, and thankfully there are tons out there.
