How's my business card look?

Hey guys, I'm in the preliminary stages of setting up a professional site for my newly named services, "SevenbMedia". I thought I'd start with designing a business card and then design my site after the basic look of the card. I'm hoping on marketing for all kinds of video work (event, documentary, commercial, etc).

This is my first time doing any kind of graphic design or anything and just want to make sure I'm on the right track.

Is the card too vague?

Thank you!

I'd have some small text there saying what you specialize in.

I agree.. very nice & clean, but yes, add your speciality, perhaps in a single line of text across the bottom of the card? Play with it.

Thanks for all the help so far guys!

I will definitely put what I do in the card. I have an idea..

But, as to leading; what is that exactly?

But, as to leading; what is that exactly?

Increase the space slightly between lines. They are too close together right now and that makes it harder to read. I would have mentioned kerning as well (the space between individual characters in a word) but thought I might lose you.

But you could use a bit more of both for legibility's sake.

Okay, thanks guys.

Here's an updated version. I also chose to say "Wedding Event Commercial" instead of "Weddings Events Commercials"; yeah?

I liked the first layout better, although the leading / kerning points are valid. Taste is personal, none of them offend. Go with what you like. Art by committee is never . . . .

Your website has broken links - an absolute no-no ! !

Also seems very dark . . . unless you specialize in goth weddings ? Once again, taste is personal. . .

Best wishes

Thanks guys, the website is something I put together a loonngggg time ago. That's not going to be anywhere near the look it'll have in a few days.

Anyway, thanks for the help!
