Can anyone help me?

I would like to know if there is a plug in for FCP that will turn regular 24p footage into stop motion looking animation like the Radiohead video for "There there"

(Here's a link to view it)

http://www.nme.com/features/105077.htm

Basicly it looks like it randomly drops groups of frames to create the stop motion animation look.

Can you tell me, other than cutting out the frames myself, if a plug in exsists that can get the job done for me.

Thanks,

Kip
