How would you mic this

I ran across this fellow today and he's kinda interesting. All I had with me was a GoPro and a Vixia HF200 but I think I'll leave the farm again next week.

How would the best way to mic him be?

 
I recorded someone like that In NYC. I used an Oktava pair in a zeppelin. But if they will let you set up some stands $$ (they will want something if you do that) you could use an overhead drum pair and I bet it would sound really nice.

He'll let me set up anything I think Noiz. I put twenty bucks in the bucket after I shot that and he wasn't expecting it. He's one of the Street people there that I think really need some help.

I'll try the overhead setup. This looks like it could be an interesting short if I can get him to talk a little after.
I think I have room for three cameras, two on him and one panning the onlookers.
