I have a few ideas for various shorts, but I don't have anyone or equipment to do these. How would you get a few actors, editor, and equipment providers together? Of course of my channel gets a bunch of subs I would buy my own equipment, but that is in the future

Write your ideas down. Develop the best one into a script and try and attract a Producer with your finished script. Simple really.

Develop your script as Liam suggests then you can also self produce - go on Fractured Atlas, make a project, get 501c3 status there to take tax deductible donations and start fund raising locally. A letter campaign? Have a fund raiser at a local club, get a band, with a charge at the door, a silent auction, etc. Do a fundraising video, put up an Indie go go project and go to your online community and see if you can drum up support. This is kind of the roll your own theater project method but it works great for shot films and web series too as you can usually raise the budget for one with a campaign like this.

I you're in or around NYC I can recommend a workshop that can get you through a project like this step by step - http://produceyourownwork.com/

Thanks for the help. Looks like I'll have to develop my a scriptAnd dive head on. I don't live in nyc so that won't help. .. Then again i'm not complaining since it is beautiful in San Diego.... without any snow hehehe
