How was this title/effect done?

Hi, in the attached movie at 0:33 is a commonly seen title effect that I would really want to get my hands on, I keep seeing it and it looks great!!

It is also worth watching the whole trailer, it's good stuff!!

Hey Mavrey, I just bought this stock footage for a title sequence I'm doing for JDRF charity. I first tried to recreate it in Motion and it just isn't the same as having the high speed alpha channel footage.
