How to Zoom and track Motion?

I'm trying to achieve a track motion while zooming in and out.
I know the tracker on AE has a "Scale" fuction but it didn't work.
I've never seen a tutorial video that used the scale fuction so I'm not sure if I'm even doing it right...
any advice would be great.

btw, just to give you an example I'm trying to do something like this.

Forget anything about the built in tracker in AE, use Mocha for AE. There's no need to use the built in tracker anymore since Mocha comes with AE.

I'll use Mocha then.
havn't used Mocha that much so if anyone knows a good tutorial that goes over tracking while zooming, please let me know

Thanks guys, Mocha worked perfectly.
it took care of the zoom automatically and it was super easy track.
I'm sure I'll never use the point tracker again...haha
