how to you manually change the in and out points for a render in Apple color??

my source video is about an hour long. i have many small clips that are derived from this master file.

for some reason, while rendering in color, one of these short clips is trying to render the ENTIRE source video instead of the 2 seconds that are required.

i can clearly see the mistake that color is making - the in and outs are completely wrong. anyone know how to manually change these in and outs?

Are you using Color 1.0.x and does the clip in question have a speed change applied to it?
