How to write a bid

I just got a letter from a big company asking me to write up a bid for a three-video project. Here's what they told me:

"We are looking for a production company to produce the three attached video scripts and would like you to bid on the project:
Providing the Solution (Selling Skills)
Understanding the Battery (Product Knowledge)
Introducing the Battery Program (Battery Program)

These are technical videos that require attention to detail and very specific shots. We are looking to shoot all three videos in the same week(s). Most of the shooting will take place outside in front of a house. Another portion of the shooting will need to take place in a garage. We do have some stock footage that we will be pulling certain images from as well. We are planning to hire 4 actors and 1 on-screen narrator. Some voice overwork on the part of the narrator may be necessary during the very technical pieces of the product knowledge.

In your bid, please include time estimates for pre-production, production, and editing as well as cost estimates for music, talent, and equipment in your area. These scripts have been through the approval process and will have only minor changes.

We are looking to shoot these videos the first or second week in October. Please advise of any schedule limitations."

They need to do this in like three weeks, and from what I've heard I'm the only one who's gonna bid on the project. But, I don't want to look like an idiot...well, look even more like an idiot. The only sample bids I've been able to find are 30+ page documents...anybody give me a hint about what a professional bid format is gonna look like for video production?
