How to waste an entire afternoon...

Haha! The mystical ball thing is rather amusing. A deceptively simple trick it is indeed! Seems all "magic" and "illusions" work that way. Hide the evidence in plain sight =).
 
yeah. theres only so many 2 digit numbers. and the equation will always give you 1 of 10 numbers. for example.. 11 or 12 or 13.. through 19.. add the numbers and subtract from original.. they all give you 9 .. so put the right symbol on #9 ... 21 through 29 all give you 18.. and so on. so just put the right symbols on all the right answers.
 
Oh no, if you want to waste an afternoon, try to find an actor that has a Bacon number higher than 4!!!

Henry B. Walthall, who was the star of "Birth of a Nation" (1915) has a Bacon number of 3, for god sakes....

So far, I haven't found an actor with a number higher than 3. It's quite sad really. This is going to waste hours.
