How to use this forum?

Hi my name is Victor and I am new to this forum. However I am not new to filmmaking with DSLR and I have been active at Cinema5d for 8 months. On cinema 5d there is a button that says view all your post. Is there a button like this here and how do I subscribe to a thread?

When you're in a thread select the "Thread Tools" menu. From there hit Subscribe to thread. Then when you log-in you click the quick links dropdown menu in the top links bar, and select "Subscribed Threads".
