How to use 2 camera monitor in PP2?

There is an option to use a multi camera preview window, which should show A and B in side by side windows, right? I keep getting A in both windows. How do I get it to show both tracks?

I'm assuming that you have already nested you sequence with the tracks in another sequence correct ? If so you should have 4 squares/boxes in your multicam monitor. From there each track should be in it's own box. If you dont see that you may be looking at the source and preview windows.

Create a sequence and place both (or up to 4) multiple camera angles on the timeline so they are in sync, all on their own tracks.

Place this sequence on the timeline of a new sequence, right click on it and enable multi-camera for it. Then go to the view (or window, forget what its called at the moment) drop down menu, and select the multicam editor window or whatever it's called.

That will bring up the multicam editor, and you can play through the sequence switching from one to another camera as you please.

Here is what I had, a video in track A and one in track B. I went to the preview window, at the top the have the menu, I selected Multi Camera monitor. A monitor window popped up, but it had track A in both sides. Totally useless, right? But, this is where it gets weird- Later on, I notice the preview window appears to be split. Sure enough, I suddenly have both tracks playing in it. I really have no idea what happened, only that I'm pretty sure this isn't how it is supposed to work.
