How to unsqueeze footage

I got a copy of an episode of Grey's Anatomy that I worked on from ABC. It's on SVHS. That's all okay, but it is in 16:9 and I cannot unsqueeze it no matter what I do. The image has all of the people tall and skinny.

Is there a way in Vegas to unsqueeze it so it'll output normally?

Who did you play on Grey's Anatomy? I'm hooked on that show. Didn't think I would be, but I am. (Or is it upcoming?)

Try this -- go to the clips, right-click, choose properties. Go to the second tab at the top, and change the aspect ratio to 1.21.
 
Hey David,

Yeah it is a good show. I was in the episode where the young girl ran off to Mexico and had a
stomach stitching operation and it gets infected. Her mother is the bad ***** and I was her father who eventually tells her mother to "shut up."
