how to transfer audio tracks between projects

Hi,

I have two project files: one has the most recent audio mix, the other has the most recent video cuts.

I would like to transfer the mixed audio to the most recent FCP project.

Besides copying and pasting, is there another way to accomplish this?

Any tips would be appreciated.

You could always export your "audio to aiff", then just drag that into the new project.

There's probably an easier way... but that's how I do it off the top of my head...
