Although not dialog free - try the Road Warrior. As little dialog as possible, but a great movie.

Spring Summer Fall Winter... and Spring is one of my favorite films! There are a few lines in it but for the most part the entire film is driven by the score and the visuals. On top of that it is a very touching story. It sort of had me in a daze for a day or two after watching it. Definitley check it out!
