How to split audio channel?

Audio problem...

I ingested my video from a shoot. On one audio channel I had my wireless mic, the other channel was my shotgun. The wireless mic was getting some bad interference from a local radio station. Both channels went to one track when I ingested into Vegas. Now, I'd like to separate them and delete the channel with the interference.

What's the best way to do this within Vegas?

duplicate the audio track...right click on one of the tracks...select channel....choose right or left only....do the same for the other track, but choose the opposite of what you chose last time.

...or simply just right click on the audio clip on the timeline, choose Channels, and then the one without interference! :)

thank you both...and I learned a little today from Sony about improving audio that's low. Vegas is a very good audio editor...
