How to set audio & video PIDs in Premiere?

Hi,
I submitted a 30-second commercial and received notice of ingest errors. Video PID should be 481 and Audio PID should be 482, but Premiere is setting Video PID to 1001 and Audio PID to 1002. Looking at AME, I don't see any place where I can set these values.

How can I set these PID values in AME?

Thanks,
Drew

Found some answers, so I'm adding them here in case someone finds this helpful.

For those of us editing for broadcast/VOD and need to be CableLabs-compliant, apparently Premiere doesn't do this on its own. You will need a plugin like MainConcept's TotalCode, which correctly sets the audio and video PIDs to the CableLabs-compliant values.

If someone figures out a way to set PIDs in Adobe Media Encoder so I don't have to purchase this plugin, I'd love to hear it...
