I want to save an order form so I can open it fill in the blanks and print. I created the file. How would I save it to do this. Thanks!!

there are several scenario for this.
some people come to me with PDF files that are in fact a scanned page, so no way to get the text.
other are coming with forms from website that are html (at best) or a mix of HTML and javascript (or even java).
So you have several solutions.
1) recreate the document from scratch. Since it is usually short forms, it take no time to retype.
2) use it as-is and add the field to type-in. Adobe acrobat allows to take any document and allow to insert field you can type in and even save with document.
it requires a working and expensive copy of Adobe acrobat. Possibly you can do that in microsoft word too...
3) for html forms, there is a way to save them as html, and edit them to get them work locally. It depends the content of the form.
For example, for some of them , when you select an option (like coutry) it can reload with an updated list for State or City, or have some javascript (could be an external script loaded as separate file) that makes some input checking (empty fields, wrong post code etc...) so you have to rebuild the logic in way it is all in the html file and do not require connection to server.
Usually forms on screen do not print very well , so when you submit the information to server you receive a pop-up page with a printable layout.
As you see, there is no general answer to your question, it very depends on the form you are trying to capture.
it is a technique that is often used by hackers who keep only the form structure (the field names returned to server) and can make automated bulk submission.
the form usually starts with <form...> tag and ends with </form>.
unfortunately, for printing you could rely on lot of code (including HTML and DHTML code and pictures) defining the visual look of the page.
