Our assistant accidentally trimmed a Quicktime movie of originally 20~ min length to 3mins and even saved it to disk. However on the disk, the file still has the original size (of 4.7 GB).
is there a way to regain access to these trimmed regions of the movie? Obviously Quicktime hasn't completely erased them and so my original movie still resides in that file. But the QT-Player only plays the first 3 secs of it.
