File>Export>Adobe Media Encoder>QuickTime, and then inside the Quicktime settings?
Found a conversion tool on the net. Basically I am converting files taken from scenes of my short to mp4, then when Im shooting I can check images I have via the MP4 player on my Sony PSP. I have a 2gb memory stick so I can stack heaps on there and run through.
