Does anyone know how to make fake saliva? I have a scene in which the actor drinks poison and dies. I want the saliva coming out of his mouth when he dies. Is there any legal drug to do this  ? Thanks!

You might want to try it in a cup before you try it in your mouth... lmao I don't think you want your actors doing that.
There is stuff you use to thicken water for people who have a hard time drinking without choaking. You can get that at the drug store.
The last thing you want to be doing is drugging your actors... your a director not a doctor. I don't think you want to find out if someone is allergic to something when they take it so your film looks good.
mentos +coke (the one you drink, not the other one)
Bicarbonate soda and vinegar tastes nasty but isn't dangerous, at least in small quantities. If you want/need foaming at the mouth, it may well be the simplest option. (Add a little red food colouring if you want to imply foaming bloody saliva)
But is the character dying of a specific identified poison? I believe poisons work in many different ways, only some cause any mouth symptoms, so don't get your symptoms wrong.
What's wrong with using an Alka Seltzer tablet?

Whipped cream mixed with water.
