HOW TO MAKE CURVED TRAcks!?

i was able to make the wheels of the dolly i built independent from eachother, using a 90 degree angle, making a hole in it, the putting a section of the 90 degree iron angle on the bottom of the dolly. By not tightening the bolts to much the angles are able so swivel. I solved that problem, but now another one has ARISEN. how can i make curved tracks with PVC? or with a different material that has a 1 inch diameter (my PVC is 1 inch diameter but it is bigger because it is thick PVC)
